With our growing portfolio of club partnerships and brand collaborations, we’re seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Account Manager to optimize and expand these vital relationships. Based in Nottingham, this role is pivotal to the success of our partnerships, helping to elevate Art of Football's presence and influence within the football and lifestyle industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for our club partners and brand collaborators.

Build strong, enduring relationships that foster mutual trust and success.

Manage end-to-end partnership activities, from onboarding to delivery of projects and campaigns.
Optimizing Partnerships:

Identify opportunities to maximize value for both Art of Football and our partners.

Analyze partnership performance and propose strategies to improve outcomes.

Work closely with internal teams (design, marketing, and production) to ensure flawless execution of deliverables.
New Business Development:

Collaborate with the business development team to pitch and onboard new club and brand partnerships.

Conduct research to identify potential partners that align with Art of Football’s values and vision.

Assist in creating compelling proposals and presentations to win new collaborations.
Project Coordination:

Oversee the production and delivery of bespoke designs and merchandise for partners.

Ensure all partner projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Address and resolve any issues that arise during the course of a partnership.
Reporting & Analysis:

Monitor KPIs and generate detailed reports on partnership performance.

Provide actionable insights to improve future collaborations and strengthen relationships.

Experience: Proven track record in account management, business development, or partnerships, ideally within the fashion, sports, or lifestyle industries.

Relationship Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and nurture strong, long-term partnerships.
